Kai Carriers are reusable but not invincible! With proper care and storage they will serve you and your family well. When signs of wear or improper sealing appear recycle and replace your pouches

Kai Carriers are awesome, but they’re not bullet proof. If overfilled, stepped on, misused, mishandled or closely scrutinised by a brilliant toddler mind – spills, squirts, and explosions may occur. Ensure children are supervised as the caps can be a choking hazard.

As with anything, use common sense and enjoy!

HOW DO I BREAK THE SEAL TO THE CAP?
The cap has a ring seal at the base that needs to be broken so that you can unscrew the cap with ease. The ring seal is attached to the cap at 4 places by a tiny bit of plastic and there are two gaps in the ring to make it easier to break the seal. Find one of the gaps and peel back the ring – it should break off easily – if you are having trouble breaking the seal use a small pair of scissors.

Once the seal is broken remove the ring and the cap can be unscrewed.

Kai Carriers are perfect for parents who want to know exactly what their children are eating and who care about preserving the environment for future generations.

ARE KAI CARRIERS MICROWAVABLE?
Yes they are microwavable. The materials used in the manufacture of Kai Carriers have a USFDA food approval. This is valid to a maximum of 90 degrees Celsius for direct food contact (so safe as you would never heat food that hot!)
If you do chose to microwave then ensure that the zip lock is open, do not heat on 100% power and make sure you stir the pouch contents and test the temperature before you give them to your bubba (as I am sure you know microwaves can heat food unevenly).
